What Families are made of.

The most important thing in this world to everyone is Family. They are who we depend on, who we love, and they are who we support unconditionally for our whole lives. Families hold the people you love most dearly that help you to create memories. What I love most is to catch those memories and that love on camera through photography. I have found it is a great way to capture that love in a moment in time to show the world what love looks like.

The most important family to me is my very own little family. I have been blessed with three wonderful and beautiful children. I married the love of my life in 2006 and since then we have had 2 girls and 1 boy. I am truly blessed to have a loving caring family. Being a mom is the best thing that has ever happened to me and as a mom photographs of my children are the best ways to capture every memory with them.

My children are my love and my life. I owe them everything for making me the person I am today. For making me want to be better for them. As a family we have grown stronger over the past few years. We lost our beloved CJ, my second child, to SIDS related events. After his loss I realized I did not have near enough photos that I would have loved to have to remember him by. It wasn't enough because it was all I had left of him. What started out as a void filler, to fill the heartbroken empty void within myself I found my passion for photography. I still to this day feel that it is my way of reaching out to him and how he reminds me that he is still with me. It lets me feel his love by capturing the love of all those I photograph. My passion has grown these past few years and I love it more and more with each day.

My preferred photography is family photography and children photography. It is something special to capture the love a family has in photographs. Each family is different and each child is different, yet with each photograph I take you see the love that they all have. The true pure thoughtless love of a family.

One of the families I look up to is the Cyr family. I am proud to say that I call them my very own family. My Aunt Nicole and Uncle Darrell have a love that thrives through life. Their love blessed them with my cousin Ashley! What an inspiration she is! Not only do I look up to My aunt and her family, but my daughter Alaina looks up to them. They are a great example for her to see what a family is and what love can do. They are a family of love, trust, and faith. With that love is given a face through this photograph of loving caring people.

One important thing to have as a family is fun. To be able to laugh, joke, play, tease, etc. Anything to keep close and bond through anything and in the end be able to laugh. I always have fun with this family. They see the good side to life and how precious it is. They make every moment worth living and remembering. Good times with great people.

I would also like to share some other wonderful families that are like this family and full of love. These families are why I do what I do and enjoy doing it. They make my job fun and each moment with all the different families is a blast to work with them and capture their special moments in time of the love, trust, and faith they have grown together.
